Booking Information

We are a non profit organisation with proceeds going towards our rehoming element

  • CANCELLATION POLICY  Booking fee is non refundable unless we receive an emailed notice 24 hours prior to your visit. Please do not cancel online.

  • We are only open to persons aged 16 and over.

​

  • Please arrive at your designated time as we are unable to accommodate you outside of your booking slot.

​

  • We allow 12 booking slots per hour and can accommodate private groups. Please email for more information.
