Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why is there an entrance fee?

A. We class the entrance fee as a donation. This goes towards the care of all our lovely cats in our rehoming centre (food, bedding, toys, vet bills etc). We are also a non profit organisation, with all profits going towards our rehoming efforts.

Q. Does the entrance fee include food and drink?

A. The fee covers you for an hours' session in our cat cafe. Food and beverages can be purchased for an additional free. (Please see our menu for prices).

Q. Are children allowed?

A. We are only open to persons aged 16 and over due to our insurance policy.

Q. Do you accept walk-ins?

A. We strongly advise booking online to avoid disappointment. However, if you turn up and we have space, we will of course, accommodate you.

Q. Do you have parking?

A. Yes we have free parking onsite

Q. Where did your cafe cats come from?

A. Our cafe cats were originally rescues that came into our care through our rehoming Centre. They all have a different story to tell and were carefully hand selected to strive in a cat cafe environment.

Q. Do you rehome from the cafe?

A. No, our cafe cats are resident cats who have their own accommodation onsite. Cats available for rehoming are found in our cattery and can be viewed by appointment only.

Q. Can I bring my cat to the cafe?

A. No. It has taken time for our cats to form bonds and create their own hierarchy. Introducing cats from outside of this would cause unnecessary stress.

Q. Are you wheelchair friendly?

A, Yes, we have an accessible entrance and loo. You may wish to be use the drop off space outside the cafe. Please let a member of staff know, prior to your visit, if you require assistance.
